LEARN TO SKATE

Classes are offered year-round for ages 3 to adult.

For our youngest skaters, we offer Snowplow Sam classes. Skaters 3 to 5 years old learn in

Snowplow Sam classes specially designed to teach the basics of skating through games, songs,

and other fun activities.

The basic skills levels are for skaters 6 years and up, starting with Basic 1 and continuing

through Basic 6. Such skills as basic stroking, backward skating, stops, forward and

backward crossovers, stops, and turns are taught.

After learning the basics, skaters progress to our Pre-Freestyle and Freestyle levels to begin

learning jumps and spins.

Ice Hockey Player

LEARN TO PLAY

This is a fun, safe and affordable way to introduce your child (and yourself) to

the sport of hockey.

Learn the basics from our professional staff of instructors and coaches.

The class is designed for beginners and while knowing how to skate is

not required, it is recommended that each student has taken at least

one Learn to Skate class or can skate independently.

This will allow the instructors to focus on hockey skills, rather than teaching

your child how to skate.

Equipment sizing and registration will be held prior to the start of each session.

If you need equipment, you must attend one of these registrations. Equipment will be ordered based on the number of registrations. If you do not attend, there is no guarantee equipment will be available.

Each player will receive the following: jersey, stick, shin pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, gloves, helmet with cage and a bag. Rental skates will be provided during the class.

Equipment sizing dates will be determined

prior to the start of each session
